Gus Cervetto, President/CEO
Gus has spent the last 40 years in the construction business, working in all facets of wood construction and interior finishes. He founded Milestone Design + Build and remains as our leader. Gus works closely with the operations and field staff while keeping daily oversight of all parts of the work, providing the company the expertise and leadership it needs to build better.

Jenny Cervetto Rodgers, Senior Project Manager
Jenny has spent over 14 years in the construction business managing projects for clients such as BJC Healthcare, Washington University, Delmar Gardens and the University of Missouri. She serves as the Senior Project Manager and oversees day to day construction activities including pre-construction and marketing. Jenny works closely with project superintendents and managers.

Magdiel Ortiz, Project Designer
By education, Magdiel is and Architect. He is also our designer and works as a project manager. He is involved very early in the process and designs the work for owner approval and pricing during the pre-construction phase. It is his skills that converts the owner’s ideas into detailed 3-dimensional designs. At times, Magdiel has the pleasure of serving as a project manager for those intricate projects.

Dennis Perry, Sr. Project Manager
In his 27 year career as an Owner/Architect, Dennis has been responsible for Project Management, Contract Administration, Estimating, Design/Build, Value Engineering, and much more. He has worked on all kinds of projects ranging from 1,000 SqFt all the way up to 800,000+ SqFt commercial buildings. His leadership skills combined with his experience make him an invaluable member of our team.
William L. Jackson, Project Engineer
Will has spent the last 7 years working in and around the construction industry. Graduating from Truman State with a degree in History and Political Science, he is well-equipped to identify, analyze, and solve problems. He will assist the project managers with daily tasks such as coordinating subcontractors, executing schedule and material. In addition to assisting the other project managers, he will also run smaller work.
Kayla Biscan, Accountant
Kayla has spent 3 years in public accounting and is now using the knowledge she gained there to serve as our Accountant. She has both Accounting and Psychology degrees from Maryville University. She is responsible for all of the accounting needs of the company.
